Returns & Exchanges


To return a product simply send the product and the order/invoice number to the address below:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

New, unused products can be returned within 10 business days,  You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, unless otherwise specified. It is strongly recommended that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection as you will be at risk for any loss during shipment.

We do not accept returns on electronics. We are available for support and happy to help trouble shoot common issues. Any warranty actions must be taken with the manufacturer.

  • New, unused items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
  • Used items, are ineligible for returns.

*All rods must be returned in their original packaging or similar shipping tube to protect the integrity of the rod.  If your shipping tube was damaged in transit, please contact us.



Due to inventory fluctuations, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange item(s). If the item(s) that you are looking for is in stock, you can simply order the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you don't, for a full refund.



Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with the product or as detailed in the product’s description on our website.
